After getting ripped off by two other companies in the past couple of years I decided to give AW Fire a go, and I am pleased that I did. Ian came to service the extinguishers and Phil to service the fire alarm. They were an absolute breath of fresh air after dealing with other companies. They are punctual, polite, knowledgeable and have great attitudes. Very much more in the way of helping us to keep our fire safety right than just trying to sell us stuff. Some minor work was required on our part to keep up to date with legislation and three fire extingushers required replacement due to age. All of this was all explained in a friendly way and we were given the option for them to carry out the works, or not. They are happy to answer my questions and always get back to me. Oh, their prices are keen too. Noticeably cheaper than some of the bigger companies and competative with other smaller companies. I will most certainly be using AW Fire again for the next servicing etc.
